Integrations
swungby and Google Sheets
Works today. Switching it on takes a minute, on every plan, including the free one.
Every recognised company as a new row in a Google spreadsheet.
What goes to Google Sheets
- The company: name, website, city, size and registration number
- How sure we are, and why
- Through which channel they came in
- The pages viewed
- The person, only if they clicked themselves or filled in your form
What does not go along: email addresses we have not verified. A person only goes along if they clicked themselves or filled in your form.
How to switch it on
- Open your spreadsheet and choose Extensions, then Apps Script.
- Delete what is there, paste the script shown below, and click Save.
- Click Deploy, New deployment, choose Web app, set access to Anyone and click Deploy.
- Copy the web app URL and paste it below.
The first time, Google asks permission for your own script; that is normal.
- What does the integration cost?
- Nothing. Integrations are on every plan, including the free one, just like the API and the webhook.
- Do email addresses go along?
- Only of someone who clicked a link in your email or filled in your form themselves. Addresses we have not verified are never sent anywhere.
- What if Google Sheets does not respond for a while?
- Then we try again, six times in 24 hours, and you see every attempt in your account. If it still does not work after three days, we switch the integration off and email you a button to switch it back on.
Within five minutes you see who came by.
One line on your site, and the first companies usually show up the same day.
