This does not exist yet. Right now there is one website per account, and that is exactly what we are building on. Below is what we intend, so you know whether it is worth waiting for.

A limit per client, not per agency
The biggest client cannot drain the smaller ones. Every client has its own limit and its own invoice line, so you can pass it on with your own margin.
What it is expected to cost
Our intention: €99 a month for the agency, plus €29 per active client. Ten clients is then €389 a month. What you charge your clients is up to you. This is an intention, not an offer: it may still change before it is there.
